I am handy with tools, permits, and gear. In my mid-teens, I purchased a Moto Guzzi moped. It had three gears on the handlebar. By necessity, I started messing up with the brakes and carburetors.

I purchased a 3k Sq. Ft. Colonial FarmHouse on about an acre of land where I learned about floors, window lines, wires, flooring and things that go wrooommm.

I built a restaurant and a meal production plant, from cement slab vanilla boxes to federal guidelines, as a general contractor meeting permit requirements and guidelines for towns, cities (including NYC), states, and Federal USDA & OSHA.
